BRIAN SOZZI: Meanwhile, Boeing is getting hit in the premarket trading after the planemaker paused deliveries of its 737 Max jet, thanks to parts problems. This has been another challenging year for the folks over at Boeing. The planemaker saw deliveries decline in February, hampered by supply chain issues and a Dreamliner delivery pause.
