Valley National Bancorp stock receives analyst upgrade

JPMorgan analysts upgraded shares of Valley National Bancorp to "overweight," calling commercial real estate headwinds to be "overblown". Simultaneously, U.S. regulators are aiming to force big banks to raise their capital requirements in the wake of this year's banking crisis.
