Overstock.com announced that it will rename its website to use the Bed Bath & Beyond branding, which it acquired as part of the company's bankruptcy proceedings.
Overstock.com (OSTK) CEO Jonathan Johnson joined Yahoo Finance Live as part of an exclusive interview about the deal and rebranding.
Regarding Bed Bath & Beyond, Johnson said, "The generic meaning of those words is just who we are. In fact, we think we're Bed Bath and a bigger and better beyond. And so when this opportunity came up, it just made a lot of sense."
