(Bloomberg) -- Starbucks Corp. violated federal labor law when it shut down a unionized store in Ithaca, New York, a US National Labor Relations Board judge ruled Thursday.
All three of Ithaca’s corporate-run Starbucks cafes have voted to unionize, and the company has announced plans to shut down all three, a move the union claimed was retaliatory. Starbucks has denied wrongdoing.
