June's job report came in softer than expected, with nonfarm payrolls at 209,000, while the unemployment rate was down to 3.6%. Julie Su, Acting U.S Labor Secretary, sits down with Yahoo Finance's Jennifer Schonberger to discuss the report, unemployment, and the U.S. labor force.
