Microsoft granted two month pause on UK appeal for Activision Blizzard deal: Report

Microsoft has been granted a pause in its appeal of a UK ruling against its planned $69 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard. This comes ahead of the July 18th deadline by which the deal was contracted to be completed. Yahoo Finance Legal Reporter Alexis Keenan explains why both parties "will probably agree to some kind of modification of that deadline".
