Summer travel chaos: Congress to take up FAA bills

Congress is set to start debating bills to reauthorize the Federal Aviation Administration. Both bills include strategies for battling the pilot shortage and needed technology upgrades, for example. But Boyd Group International President Mike Boyd tells Yahoo Finance Live that the bills are filled with "pork" and that ultimately "we're going to have pretty much what we had before, there's not going to be any major changes the consumer is going to notice."
