Aug 25 (Reuters) - Hawaii's Mau county has sued the island state's largest utility Hawaiian Electric , accusing it of negligence by failing to shut down power lines, resulting in wildfires that killed at least 115 people earlier this month. The Honolulu-based power company's market value has slumped more than 60% to $1.30 billion since Aug. 8 when the wildfires began.
