Salesforce's (CRM) 2023 Dreamforce Conference is abuzz with talk of artificial intelligence and what it is bringing to the table for businesses. Clara Shih, CEO of Salesforce AI, sits down with Yahoo Finance Executive Editor Brian Sozzi at the Dreamforce Conference to discuss how the company is integrating AI and offering services like Einstein to its customers.
"It's very similar to what we saw with the internet 20 years ago — some jobs will change, [actually] every job will change," Shih says. "I think we all have to [adopt] that growth mindset and reinvent ourselves."
Shih also addresses worries of "hallucinations", or misinformation produced by large language models, and the future of consumer-driven AI.
