Visa class B proposal, Berkshire trims HP holdings, Etsy upgrade: Trending Tickers

Visa (V) shares are falling after the credit card company's decision to allow banks to divest their shares. Visa is currently in the process of reevaluating its Class B shares proposal, which would allow stockholders to sell up to half their shares. Etsy (ETSY) shares are higher after Wolfe Research upgraded the stock from a "peer-perform" rating to an "outperform" rating. HP (HPQ) stock is slipping after Berkshire Hathaway (BRK-B) sold approximately 5.5 million shares of their stake in the tech giant, amounting to around $158 million. This follows a multi-million investment made by the company just months before.
