Disney: Byron Allen bids $10B to buy ABC Network, television channels

Byron Allen, founder and CEO of the Allen Media Group, has bid $10 billion to acquire the ABC Network and other TV channels from Disney's (DIS) linear broadcast segment, according to a report from Bloomberg. This offer comes as Disney is also reportedly in preliminary talks with Nexstar Media Group (NXST) over a potential deal for these stations.
